By accessing the CLAUCH interface (clauch.com), you formally enter into a binding agreement with the brand. Interaction with our services implies total compliance with the protocols defined herein. If you do not align with these standards, cease all interface activity immediately.
02 // Product Provisions
CLAUCH specializes in high-precision apparel. While we aim for total accuracy in product documentation, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or imagery are perpetually free of technical discrepancies.
03 // User Conduct Code
The following actions are strictly prohibited within the CLAUCH ecosystem:
- [01] Unauthorized data mining or interface manipulation.
- [02] Transmission of malicious code or viral fragments.
- [03] Violation of intellectual property or trademarked silhouettes.
04 // Proprietary Rights
All assets including, but not limited to, architectural designs, typographic logos, high-fidelity imagery, and source code are the exclusive property of CLAUCH. Unauthorized reproduction is a violation of international intellectual property law and will be met with legal enforcement.
05 // Limitation of Liability
CLAUCH shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or interface interaction. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by governing law.
06 // Legal Governance
This protocol is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane/Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
